| 1. | The Secretariat will reserve the right to raise the prices or cancel any of the above tour routes, if there are less than 10 attendees. In that case, the notification will be sent to you as soon as possible and the tour fee will be fully refunded. |
| 2. | The reservation could be guaranteed only if 50% of the total travel expense duly received by Secretariat before September 30, 2005 . |
| 3. | The Secretariat will reserve the right to raise the prices incase the fluctuation in exchange rates . The current exchanging rate from USD to Chinese RMB is 1:8.3. |
