Call for Abstracts


Participants who would like to present an oral or poster presentation must submit an abstract for consideration by the ISCGT . The abstract(s) should be submitted in English to Farzin Farzaneh Email: farzin.farzaneh@kcl.ac.uk, no later than November 15, 2005. The presenting author is to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.

The publication of, as well as the inclusion in the program of the Abstract(s) is subject to the payment of the Registration Fee. The abstracts will be selected for oral or poster presentations. Please indicate if you are submitting your abstract for oral or poster presentation and the abstract category. Authors will be notified of acceptance and of the method of presentation, which will be decided by ISCGT . Submitted abstract(s) will not be edited in any way. Thus typographic and grammatical errors will still appear in the abstract proceedings.

Submission Options
The most preferred option for submission of abstracts is via Email. Nevertheless, submissions can be made by regular post or Express Mail service as well. Please download the Abstract Submission Form and send it to the ISCGT Poster Committee as an attached file (formatted in MS Word) via email. You will be notified by the ISCGT within 3 days after the abstract is received. (Please do not make multiple submissions of the same abstract)

3. ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY FAX WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Guidelines for Submission
The abstract should be well organized within 1000 words and include four parts: purpose, methods, results, and conclusions. Abstracts should be submitted in English.
